Regulatory Statement
Rasogie Companionship & Befriending Service CIC is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), as we do not provide regulated health or social care activities.
Instead, we are a Community Interest Company (CIC) regulated by the UK Government’s Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies (Companies House).
This means we operate for community benefit and reinvest any surplus income back into improving our services.
Our services are strictly non-clinical and companionship-based. We do not provide personal care, medical care, or any regulated health or social care activities.
